Can you regrow your gums?

Whither it be from hormonal changes, medications, illnesses, family history, bad baits such as smoking or simply a poor oral hygiene routine; gum disease is prevalent among many people. It starts off as inflammation or some bleeding around the gum line, known as gingivitis. At this stage the gums are easily irritated and can start to recede.
